and which began with our “Visnadello Foglie-bread leaves”, in the Albertini “family-run” restaurant in Treviso, where they were created. Research and passion have led us to create products that are different and innovative.

WE BELIEVE THAT RETURNING TO NATURE IS THE PATH TO WELLBEING

We follow a new concept of bread-making, where the ingredients are carefully selected for their nutritional properties, and with the goal of healthy nutrition: in fact we believe that producing in a simple and healthy way, respecting the environment and mankind, will make a product good by default.

We are proud of our strong Italian and Venetian tradition, which we respect through a strictly hand-made production.

WHY ORGANIC?

All our bakery products are certified organic. This means that they are made only with certified ingredients, arising from organic farming: a type of production which respects the environment, where only natural fertilizers are used, and where there are no O.G.M. or chemicals.

Being Organic was for us a natural choice: From the very beginning, the idea of using few ingredients of high  quality and Italian, has been the center of our work. Over time this has directed us towards "more natural" flours such as the stone ground partial-whole wheat and whole wheat flours. The last step was therefore the Organic certification, which guaranteed us raw materials of the highest quality, worked according to our ideals of sustainability and naturalness. For these reasons, the transition to Organic was the natural consequence of our choices, and the representation of our philosophy.

WHY ONLY STONE GROUND WHOLE-WHEAT AND PARTIAL-WHOLE WHEAT FLOURS?

We have chosen to use only stone-ground flour because, thanks to this process, all the nutritional properties of the grain are preserved. In our bakery we use only whole wheat or partial whole-wheat flour, which are richer of fiber, and which conserve all the parts of the grain, including the precious wheat germ. The result is a more digestible and nutritious product, for a HEALTHY AND NATURAL NUTRITION WITH AN AUTHENTIC TASTE.

WHY SUSTAINABILITY?

The attention we give to safeguarding the ENVIRONMENT is not only reflected in the choice to use just ingredients produced with a sustainable agriculture. In fact, our products are fit with a sealable packaging, low-waste, versatile and recyclable. The company is also fully powered by  sustainable GREEN ENERGY. We are therefore oriented towards a respectful management of the nature that surrounds us.

Over the years our unstoppable research in crafting our products, and the participation to fairs and events, such as the Sol & Agrifood at Vinitaly, has delivered us many awards and credits: not least the inclusion in the Adi Design Index 2016 for the category "Food Design", and the nomination for the “Compasso D'Oro 2018”.
