The original line: a versatile and polyhedral hand-crafted products, made with a blend of the best italian flours and whole-wheat sourdough.
Ingredients: Specially selected, essential, organic, with high nutritional values (100% italian flours, italian extra virgin olive oil and unrefined sea salt). Our mixture of flours contains at least 4 types of soft and durum wheat, chosen from ancient varieties, according to the characteristics of the harvest season and the availability on the market.
VERSATILE AND CREATIVE
Snacks: by their own for a nice, light and healthy meal, or directly into the bread basket.
Aperitif, Finger Food, Appetizer: to accompany cheeses, meats and sauces, as well as to create, garnish or decorate dishes.

Don’t call them “grissini”: our “rami” are breadsticks without yeast, different and much more compact than the classic “grissini”.

The only spreadable crackers that don’t break: crunchy but also light thanks to their long natural leavening. Their taste is increased by sesame seeds placed directly in the dough. Their composition allows to taste all the sensory characteristics of our Italian mixture of grains. Our TELE and a little imagination, are enough to create the perfect crouton!
